Roestenburg and Harnett Okay

Marty Roestenburg and Greg Harnett were flown to Whangarei Base Hospital after an accident during the Rally Of The North. Roestenburg was diagnosed with a burst fracture to his lumbar spine, and Harnett is heavily bruised in the same area.

Greg has since been released from hospital and is recovering at home in Auckland. Marty was flown to Middlemore Hospital for further assessment and recovery, however it will be some weeks before he can go home.

We understand repair work has already been started on their vehicle, and we hope to see the pair back in action as soon as they are fully recovered.
