Heres' Troy as he returns (undamaged at this point) through the gate which would later become a new braking system.

This is a shot of the car after Troy stopped it on the gate/gate post. Note the headlight was not originally popped-up due to damage, but we checked the mechanism to ensure it still worked, and the damage prevented the light from returning to its original position.

Troy (in the overalls) and Rick (wearing glasses, closest in shot) having a rueful laugh about the the damage caused with other HCMC club members.
While a bigfoot sighting was a novel event, we would appreciate it if they would please keep the wildlife off the track. Oh, no, wait a minute, thats a club member!
Despite being damaged Troy was able to continue racing in the autocross, here he is making a sharp right-hander between the fence and cone.
This one of the grass sections of the autocross, while not visible in this picture it was quite easy to get sideways in these areas.
And heres Troy finishing a run in a straight line through the gate. Jeff Torkington and Gillian Ives appear in the background as spectators.
